Secretary of State of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, he has been researching and collecting input from all stakeholders for Digital Government Policy which was approved by the Royal Government of Cambodia in Jan, 2022.

He made his effort in Digital sector until Cambodia was selected as the first country to promote the digital revolution supported by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Partner2Connect in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN) 2030. In September 2018, he was promoted as the Secretary of State of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications.
